Appellant, a corporation, was dissolved in 1976, subsequent to the events which allegedly gave rise to respondent's tort claim against appellant. The sole question in this appeal is whether or not respondent was a "known creditor" within the purview of Section 33-21-60(b), South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, so as to require notice to her of appellant's dissolution in order to bar her claim under the two year limitation...
