GEORGE ROSE SMITH, Justice.

James Leo Bates, charged as an habitual criminal with the offenses of rape and burglary, was found guilty by a jury and sentenced to life imprisonment and a $15,000 fine for the rape and 30 years and a $15,000 fine for the burglary. We find no merit in the only point for reversal that is argued, nor any other error in the record.

The point for reversal relates to the admission into evidence of a statement made by the prosecutrix...
