BRITT, Justice.

Defendant has abandoned his first and second assignments of error. By his third assignment, he contends that the trial court erred in sustaining the state's objections to defense counsel's questions of witness Eastman concerning the name of the confidential informer used by the state, and the nature of the reward given to the informer. We find no merit in this assignment.
