(La Quinta), appeals a district court judgment in favor of the plaintiff Mrs. Joyce Kraaz in the following sums: $3,500 for physical pain and suffering, $13,000 for future psychological and psychiatric treatment, and $30,000 for past and future mental pain and suffering; and in favor of plaintiff Larry Kraaz for physical and mental pain and suffering in the amount of $2,500.
