This suit arises out of the collapse on August 22, 1972 of a railroad trestle. A truck loaded with barrels of lube oil, ordered by and intended for the "Team Vega", a boat chartered by National Molasses Company, lying alongside the wharf was driven onto the trestle by Shelton Arcement, an employee of Texaco, Inc.
