McCOWN, Justice.
This is an action on a written agreement to pay plaintiff termination pay of $25,000 in the event his employment was terminated by the defendant corporation without plaintiff's consent. A jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff and judgment was entered on the verdict by the District Court. The defendant has appealed.
