On September 3, 1980, Bay County Circuit Court entered an opinion granting defendant Colt Industries Operating Corporation's (hereinafter defendant) motion for accelerated judgment based upon the running of the four-year statute of limitations as provided in the Uniform Commercial Code, MCL 440.2725; MSA 19.2725.
