This case involves an agreement entered into by the parties upon the dissolution of their marriage. The issues presented are whether or not the district court had subject matter jurisdiction over the dispute and if so, whether or not the court erred in ordering the husband to pay certain sums allegedly due under the agreement. Because we find the court did not have subject matter jurisdiction we need not address...
