This is a suit involving alleged violations of the Federal Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. Sections 1667-1667e, and alleged violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act in regard to the leasing of two automobiles. Waterloo Leasing Company, Defendant-Appellant, leased a Porsche automobile to Connie J. McNatt, Plaintiff-Appellee, on June 21, 1978.
