ALLEN, J.

Does a circuit court have concurrent jurisdiction with the Supreme Court over a petition by an unsuccessful applicant for the bar examination for relief from an adverse decision by the Michigan State Board of Law Examiners? On February 7, 1980, the circuit court for Ingham County answered this question in the negative, and plaintiff appeals of right. The question posed is one of first impression.
