Plaintiff-appellant, Thomas E. Hysmith, appeals the trial court's granting of a directed verdict in favor of the defendant-appellee, C. T. Coleson. Plaintiff had filed suit to set aside a transfer of property based on simulation, disguised donation or, alternatively, lesion beyond moiety.
