Appellant appeals from a final judgment recorded in the Official Records on February 17, 1981. A motion for new trial was filed March 2, 1981, and was untimely. Fla. R.Civ.P. 1.530(b). Time for filing notice of appeal on the judgment was therefore not tolled by the motion for new trial. See Castro v. Castro, 404 So.2d 1046 (Fla. 1981).

The appeal is dismissed sua sponte.
