Plaintiff, Winton Lemon, a Savannah longshoreman, brought this action against defendant, Bank Lines, Ltd., a shipping line, pursuant to section 905(b) of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act. Lemon sought recovery for injuries suffered while unloading one of Bank Lines, Ltd.'s ships, the HAZELBANK.
