Plaintiffs Sarah Jefferson and Sharon Coleman, the latter acting individually and on behalf of her minor child, Jamar Coleman, sued the defendants, Norman Landwehr and Merit Insurance Company, the uninsured motorist carrier of the owner of the Ford automobile1 driven by Sarah Jefferson, seeking $180,000.00 for personal injuries to plaintiff Jefferson and $95,000.00 for personal injuries...
