This is a suit for the unpaid balance on a promissory note. The corporate maker, Pike Burden, Inc., one of the defendants, was discharged in bankruptcy soon after this suit was filed. However, judgment was rendered in favor of B. B. Saxon, as liquidator of Pike Burden Printing, Inc., and against the two other defendants, Eldren P. Nalley and William R.
