OPINION

KEITH, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the offense of intentionally and knowingly carrying in illegal knife on premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages in violation of V.T.C.A., Penal Code § 46.02. At the trial held on June 6, 1980, appellant entered a plea of guilty, waived a jury, stipulated to the evidence by a judicial confession of guilt, and applied for probation.
