OPINION

BASKIN, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of aggravated robbery and sentenced to life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections.

On the evening of September 6, 1976, Knox Miller and Ruth White were assaulted near Mrs. White's apartment by two men with pistols. While one man struggled with Mrs. White, the other shot Miller through the neck, inflicting a near fatal wound. Miller subsequently identified appellant in court as his assailant...
