George Powell appeals from a conviction in the Circuit Court of Grenada County of the crime of burglary of a business and a sentence of five years in the state penitentiary.

The shoe store of William Glen Malone, doing business as "U-Save Shoes" in Grenada, was burglarized on December 16, 1979, by breaking the glass of a window in the rear of the store for entry, and boots and shoes...
