This appeal by Leon Dymburt and Great American Screen is from a criminal contempt conviction for violating a preliminary injunction. Originally two suits were brought in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Eugene H. Nickerson, Judge, for commercial exploitation by way of "bootlegging" silk-screened T-shirts. In one suit brought on June 30, 1978, by Musidor, B. V., and the individuals constituting the "rock"...
