From the testimony presented to the court at the suppression hearing, the defendant was arrested, without a warrant by a State Highway Patrolman. The patrolman was dispatched to an accident on Theiss Road in Northampton Township. He found two township police officers, their cruiser, defendant's vehicle and defendant in the back seat of the cruiser when he arrived. He had not seen the accident. Only one vehicle...
