This case is before the court upon the application of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its April 1, 1980 order issued against Sheraton Puerto Rico Corp.1 The Board found that Sheraton violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act by discharging four employees, two of whom Sheraton claimed were supervisors, for signing a letter to the president of Sheraton protesting working conditions...
