Plaintiff, Norma Jean Davis, at the time of her injury, was a thirty-two year old female who was employed in the kitchen of the Admiral Benbow Inn in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, during 1979. Her job was to clean tables and help in the kitchen doing general manual labor.
