An intersectional automobile collision resulted in this suit for damages by appellant Burke, the operator of one vehicle, against respondent Moyer, the other driver. After a jury verdict for Burke, the trial court, on the after-trial motion of Moyer, entered judgment for Moyer notwithstanding the verdict and, in the alternative, ordered a new trial should the judgment for Moyer be overturned.
