This is a damage suit for personal injuries sustained by Glenn A. Scheer in a beating administered to him by three employees of the defendant, Pat O'Brien's Bar, Inc. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict in plaintiff's favor for $50,000 against Pat O'Brien's Bar. None of the three individuals was cast in judgment. In this appeal defendant raises issues over evidentiary rulings by the trial judge and the charge and interrogatories given...
