This is a damage suit for personal injuries sustained by Glenn A. Scheer in a beating administered to him by three employees of the defendant, Pat O'Brien's Bar, Inc. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict in plaintiff's favor for $50,000 against Pat O'Brien's Bar. None of the three individuals was cast in judgment.
