McCauley Industrial Corporation (McCauley) appeals from a judgment of the District Court of Massachusetts denying its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and holding it liable to Joseph LaBelle and George Blanchard (Plaintiffs) in the amount of $10,000 for negligently failing to warn Plaintiffs of a defect or dangerous condition in its product. We affirm.
