This action was initiated by Cargill, Inc. against Wayne and Darlene Perlich for the replevin of hogs under a security agreement and the collection of unpaid sums due on promissory notes. Upon the filing of the complaint, Cargill also filed an affidavit for immediate possession of the hogs.
