IN RE MARRIAGE OF DOOLING

No. WD 32346.

620 S.W.2d 53 (1981)

In re the MARRIAGE OF Patricia Ann DOOLING and Jerry Leroy Dooling. Patricia Ann DOOLING, Appellant, v. Jerry Leroy DOOLING, Respondent.

Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.

August 4, 1981.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

David Kite of Mid-Missouri Legal Services Corp., Jefferson City, for appellant.

D. James Mariea of Whitlow, Riley, Mariea & Dunlap, P. C., Fulton, for respondent.

Before MANFORD, P. J., and DIXON and NUGENT, JJ.

MANFORD, Presiding Judge.

This appeal is from portions of a decree of dissolution. Appellant, the former wife, contends (a) there is no substantial evidence to support the award of custody of the minor child to respondent and that such award was against the weight of the evidence and (b) that attorneys fees ($500.00) awarded appellant were so inadequate that such award was tantamount to an abuse of discretion and was against the weight of the evidence.
