In dispute is a claim by Dennis Barnes against the estate of Mary Worrell. The claim arose out of a dramshop action brought by him against her doing business as Mary's Lounge. Barnes had brought the action while Mary Worrell was alive, but she died intestate during the pendency of the suit. Before Barnes filed his claim against her estate, letters of administration had been issued...
