Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from an order entered in the Ingham County Circuit Court denying plaintiff's motion to disallow the taking of a deposition in Lansing, Michigan, of its officer, Tony Schwartz. Apparently, plaintiff, New Sounds, Inc., is wholly owned by Schwartz.
