R. William Bentley appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in the District Court for the Western District of New York for Bentley's former employer, Stromberg-Carlson Corporation (Stromberg), after a trial of his claim that he was illegally discharged in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634.
