Walsh & Sons, Inc. (Walsh), has appealed from the denial of two motions in the Superior Court by which it sought to intervene as of right, pursuant to Mass. R.Civ.P. 24(a) (2), 365 Mass. 769-770 (1974),1 in an eminent domain action pending between Mayflower Development Corporation (Mayflower) and the town of Dennis.
