402 So.2d 224 (1981)

Henry COLLINS, et ux. v. CAPITAL VALVE AND FITTING, INC., et al.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, First Circuit.

Writ Granted September 28, 1981.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Joseph A. Gladney and Associates, Joseph A. Gladney, James W. Murray, Baton Rouge, for plaintiffs.

James B. Doyle, Baton Rouge, for defendants-appellants.

Before LOTTINGER, EDWARDS and PONDER, JJ.

PONDER, Judge.

This is a suit in tort for damages resulting from an automobile accident. From a judgment of the trial court overruling a plea of prescription, defendants applied for writs of Prohibition, Certiorari, and Mandamus. We issued an Alternative Writ. The trial court elected the alternative, maintaining its ruling is correct.

The sole issue is interruption of prescription. We make the writ peremptory.
