This workmen's compensation suit involves the determination of who is the plaintiff's statutory employer and any rights the statutory employer may have against third parties. Plaintiff-appellee, Charlie Godfrey, sued only John L. Vaccaro and Associates and Rockwood Insurance Company, its workmen's compensation insurer, for workmen's compensation benefits contending that Vaccaro was his statutory employer.
