Original plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Smith, instituted this suit against defendant, Willie Allen White, seeking to recover the sum of $6,234.00 plus legal interest thereon from date of judicial demand, until paid, and attorney's fees of twenty-five per cent (25%) of the total amount due. Defendant filed dilatory and peremptory exceptions to plaintiffs' suit alleging that Mrs. Smith lacked procedural capacity and/or had no right or no cause of action...
