Plaintiff, Ruth Chennault, filed suit for damages she incurred as a result of an automobile accident which occurred on August 23, 1973. Plaintiff was a passenger in the car operated by Nolan Conde. The Conde vehicle was involved in an accident with a pickup truck driven by Gary Dupree.
