Defendants were jointly indicted for murder committed during the course of a felony based on the underlying felony of burglary. After a joint jury trial, defendants were both convicted as charged. Defendant Nailer Jeffrey was sentenced to a term of 100 to 200 years' imprisonment. Defendant Gary Michael Brown was sentenced to 30 to 75 years' imprisonment. On appeal the defendants contend...
