The Organization of School Administrators and Supervisors (OSAS), respondent below, appeals of right a decision and order of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC), clarifying the OSAS bargaining unit to exclude certain employees under an "executive exclusion" recognized in Hillsdale Community Schools v Labor Mediation Board, 24 Mich.App. 36
