Plaintiff seeks damages for injuries sustained as a result of being intentionally shot twice by defendant with a shotgun on October 13, 1979. Defendant answered by general denial. Thereafter, plaintiff filed a motion for summary judgment. Attached to the motion is an affidavit by plaintiff giving a detailed description of the events leading up to the shooting.
