Defendant Ronald Raymond Woomer was indicted in Horry County and convicted by a jury (1) of the murder of Della Louise Sellers, (2) of assault and battery with intent to kill on the person of Wanda Summers, (3) of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree on the person of Wanda Summers, and (4) of two counts of kidnapping of Wanda Summers and Della Louise Sellers.
