Article IV, Section 1 of the U. S. Constitution, provides that "Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the... Judicial Proceedings of every other State." However, the courts of this State are bound by the Florida judgment in the case sub judice only if the Florida court had jurisdiction over defendant. We agree with defendant's contention in his first assignment of error that the Florida court did not have in personam jurisdiction...
