PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by jury of murder in the second degree, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549. He was sentenced to 10 to 20 years imprisonment to run concurrently with a sentence of 20 to 30 months for a probation violation. This Court granted defendant's application for delayed appeal.
