This is a combined appeal and petition for certiorari from an order of the trial judge striking Cambridge Mutual Fire Insurance Company from a personal injury action brought against its insured. In doing so the court upheld the constitutionality of section 768.045, Florida Statutes (1977). We have jurisdiction.
