The Bath Club here appeals a trial court order which rejects its attempt to reduce ad valorem real property tax assessments on the Club's Miami Beach land for the calendar years 1976, 1977 and 1978. The court's dismissal of the Club's assessment challenge was correct in all regards, and we affirm.
