This is a teacher tenure case.

Ann W. Heath was employed as a teacher by the Talladega City Board of Education in 1975. In April 1979 she was a math teacher at the Talladega Middle School. On the tenth day of that month, Sebron Harmon, a guidance counselor and, allegedly, assistant principal for the school, had students from Mrs. Heath's homeroom summoned to the school lunchroom by means of an intercom in an attempt to determine which of them...
