The prior opinion of this court, Ala.Civ. App., 401 So.2d 49, has been reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court, 401 So.2d 52. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court's opinion of September 26, 1980, this case is now reversed and remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
