The claimant, John Siens, was injured on October 27, 1976, when his shotgun accidentally discharged, injuring him in the right leg. He filed an application for adjustment of a claim with the Industrial Commission. After a hearing, the arbitrator entered an award of $108.30 per week for a period of 45 3/7 weeks for temporary total disability, and $86.10 per week for 150 weeks for 75% permanent...
