James T. Taylor was found guilty of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest1 on a de novo trial in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County and was sentenced to pay fines of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and two hundred dollars ($200.00), respectively. He has appealed and assigns the following errors:
