This is an action in redhibition involving residential construction. Plaintiffs-appellants sued the vendors, the mortgagee and the real estate broker who brought the buyer and seller together.1 Each defendant filed an exception of prescription of one year. The trial judge sustained the exceptions and dismissed plaintiffs' suit.
