This adversary proceeding arises from a Complaint seeking injunctive relief filed by Crippen James Taylor on April 24, 1981. Eighteen individuals are named as parties Defendant in the Complaint. With the exception of the Defendant Logan C. Widdowson, all the Defendants are former employees of Taylor's ill-fated business venture, The Crisfield Garment Company (a sole proprietorship).
