On this motion by the People to revoke bail, the court ordered a hearing to determine the facts. The hearing was held on October 22, 1981. Defendant, previously charged with a misdemeanor, had been at liberty. While at liberty, a few weeks after the incident which led to the misdemeanor charge, he threatened the life of one of the witnesses in the misdemeanor case, and continued those threats...
